Mr. Minh Nguyen, a Vietnamese American and an active member of the Tau Beta Pi Honorary Engineering Society, is deeply committed to fostering camaraderie among members and supporting friends, colleagues, and peers. His dedication to personal and professional growth creates a ripple effect, strengthening the community as a whole.

As an expatriate, Mr. Nguyen gained extensive international and multicultural experience, working in diverse countries such as Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Kosovo, Poland, and Germany. Following his retirement, he returned to Vietnam with a mission to uplift rural communities by building schools for children with disabilities and providing community housing for orphans.

Guided by his vision of creating a stronger and more inclusive community, Mr. Nguyen has been an integral part of HoopItForward since its inception. His unwavering commitment and participation in every camp to date have been instrumental in advancing the organization's mission and impact.
