Having spent time as a Director overseeing a global corporate consulting practice, Florence has spent her distinguished career leading financial, market, and portfolio planning initiatives for several premier organizations. She holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley.
Florence’s journey with HoopItForward is deeply personal, tracing back to the basketball courts of UC Berkeley where she first met fellow student and future organization Founder, Ha Tran. The two became college roommates, forging a lifelong friendship built on a shared belief in the power of sports to build community and mentorship.
